Our two primary rental options include our DIY Room Rental, where you bring your own creativity and vendors, or our Full-Service Event Experience, where our team handles the details for you. Beyond that, every event is customized based on your unique needs.

 

Pricing varies depending on guest count, catering selections, bar service options (cash bar, hosted bar, or consumption bar), desserts, décor, entertainment, and additional enhancements. Once we learn more about your event, we create a personalized proposal designed specifically for your celebration.

Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering, birthday party, wedding reception, corporate event, or special celebration, we work with you to bring your vision to life.

DIY Room Rental

$250/hr | 4hr minimum

Perfect for those who love to personalize every detail of their event.

Our DIY package includes:

  • Blank, empty event room

  • Entry into room 2 hours early for set up

  • Use of 13 circle tables, 3 rectangle tables and 150 chairs

  • Bring your own decorations, set-up, and entertainment

  • Outside catering allowed

  • Outside DJs or entertainers permitted (must be licensed or sign a waiver)

  • Non-alcoholic drinks allowed; bar service available only if booked with us

  • No outside alcohol permitted

  • Must clean room upon completion of event, including trash clean up. 

You handle the details, we provide the space.

Full Service Room Rental

Quote based on 4 Hour event with 50 guests

Relax and enjoy your event while we handle everything for you. Our full service package includes:

  • Professional DJ & MC services

  • Event & Decor set up 

  • Table & Chair set up

  • Basic white or Black Linens

  • Standard Centerpieces

  • Silver Buffet Catering Package

    • 1 appetizer, 1 main entree, 2 sides, 1 dessert

  • Cash bar with 1 bartender

  • Day of event coordinator

  • Clean up service
